At IATF 16949-certified manufacturing factory, we adhere to a precision standard of ±0.01mm throughout the entire process, from tooling development to mass production at the million-unit level. Over 20 sets of precision tooling processing equipment lay the foundation for tooling longevity, while more than 30 sets of precision stamping equipment enable a monthly production capacity of 30 million precision stamping parts.  


Within a Class 10,000 cleanroom, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), optical systems, and CCD fully automated inspection form a dual quality control. We have achieved zero defects in the delivery of automotive core components for three consecutive years. 70% of our Japanese customers entrust us with precision stamping parts such as brackets, springs, terminals, and shielding covers for automotive, electronics, home appliances, and office equipment applications, as we uphold the principle: "Tolerance is credibility, mass production mirrors the initially."

Intelligent Manufacturing

From ±0.003mm level mold development to a monthly production capacity of 30 million stamped parts, the IATF 16949 system safeguards the entire process.
